Tonight I visted my old web site, revisiting the feelings of past days that somehow ended up on paper. In the most humble way, I say that I was amazed and moved … not by any prowess or aptitude of my own, but in awe of some great force within me that speaks as though of its own accord. I wonder at how the deepest feelings of my soul make their way to my fingers, forming the combination of words that portrays what is sometimes hidden even from myself. And I am truly, deeply grateful for this gift. Even if no one else is ever moved or motivated by these words, they are a precious gift to me. For as I read, remember and reflect, I grow … even as I see the testimony to my growth.

Many have questioned my openness … my willingness to share my deepest thoughts and feelings with the world at large. But as you read through these pages, perhaps you will realize as I have that the ultimate healing and growth in life is through sharing. After all, we were all created with an innate need for people in a myriad of ways. Surely, if we share our deepest selves, we will experience the greatness which lies deep within all of us -- better yet, we may inspire another to do the same -- and in the end, we can change our little corner of the world!
